Contract families

OASIS+ has six separate “families” of multi-agency contract vehicles, collectively referred to as OASIS+. The contracts and their requirements are as follows:

1. 

   Total Small Business (SB)

   All small businesses, including those designated by socioeconomic groups

   SBA-Certified 8(a) Small Business (8a)

   SBA Offer & Approval only required for sole-source, direct award task orders

3. 

   SBA-Certified HUBZone Small Business (HZ)

   • Only certain businesses that are historically underutilized
   • Certified by SBA

4. 

   SBA-Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)

   • At least 51% owned and operated by veterans
   • SBA-certified at time of award

5. 

   SBA-Certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB)

   • At least 51% owned and operated by women
   • SBA-certified at time of award

6. 

   Unrestricted (U)

   • Full and open; no restrictions

Contract awards

The OASIS+ UR contracts were awarded as full and open competition. The OASIS+ SB contracts were awarded as 100% small business set-asides. The OASIS+ 8(a) program was awarded as a 100% set aside for exclusive competition among 8(a) participants, which was offered to and accepted by Small Business Administration (SBA) under SBA requirement number IX1685025756D.
